Payment Terms
Different suppliers dictate their own terms to sell their products/
commodities. But it's desirable that the buyer should irrevocably accept
the terms if they are serious. It will be wastage of time for negotiating
for payment terms.
You can adopt any payment term out of the following options.
Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) > Payments will be
by 100% Confirmed, Irrevocable, Unconditioned , Transferable (or non
transferable) and
Revolving (If annual contract) issued by prime top 50 banks and payable at
the loading port at sight
against all documents indicated in contract. |

Bank Guarantee or Stand By L/C ( 1.5 months shipment value valid 467 days)
IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE, UNCONDITIONAL, DIVISIBLE,
ASSIGNABLE AND CONFIRMED payable at Loading Port at sight against
documents indicated on the contract. |

Bank Guarantee or Stand By L/C (THREE month value valid 467 days)
IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE, UNCONDITIONAL, DIVISIBLE,
ASSIGNABLE AND CONFIRMED payable via TT within five working days at
the Unloading Port |

100% At Sight, Irrevocable, Confirmed by a top bank, Unconditional
Transferable, Divisible, auto revolving & non operative SBLC/ DLC
For buyers of medical disposables: They
are to open non-transferable LC on our co. name as we are also established
exporters of different kinds of Finished Pharmaceuticals, Medical / Surgical
disposables which posses GMP, FDA
or CE certification. |
