( x ) Signed Commercial invoice in 3 original and 3 copies indicating contract number, description of goods, number of bundles of goods, unit price, total amount, gross/net weights of the goods.

( x ) Packing list in_2_ originals and_ 2 copies indicating total quantity and packing details.

( x ) Full set (3/3) of clean on board marine bill of lading marked freight ( x )prepaid made out to order and blank endorsed notifying Zhejiang Great Gem Import and Export Co., Ltd.

( X ) Insurance policy in duplicate blank endorsed to be issued by an Insurance company/ reliable international marine insurance underwriter or his authorized agent, with claims payable at destination in LC currency covering

( X ) ICC(A) ( )Institute Strikes Clause including warehouse to warehouse clause .
( x ) Certificate of Origin in_2_ original and_2_ copies issued by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the country of export.

( x ) Certificate of quality in_3 original and_3_ copies issued by SGS to show actual result of the test of chemical composition and length of the Used rails shipped and all other tests called for in the contract.

( x ) Certificate of quantity in_3_ original and_3_ copies issued by SGS indicating B/L number and vessel’s name.
( ) Certificate of non wood packing in 2 originals and 2 copies issued by beneficiary.

(X ) Certified copy of Fax to applicant advising shipment within 5 working day after shipment indicating contract number, name of vessel, name of commodity, invoice value, weight/quantity, loading port, loading date ,vessel agent and ETA.

( ) Beneficiary’s certificate certifying that one complete set of non-negotiable documents have been sent to the Applicant by fax within 5 working days after B/L date.

(X) Radioactivity Inspection Certificate in 3 original and 3 copies to be issued by SGS.

47A Additional conditions

(X ) Both weight and amount 5 percent more or less allowed.
(X) Charter Party B/L Acceptable.
(X) Third party documents acceptable except Invoice and Draft.
